Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at DDB.
Project Manager
The interviewers were late and seemed a bit unprepared, like maybe everyone was overworked. It was a pretty casual and conversational interview with the hiring managers, which was nice. However, some of the discussion felt a little too informal, almost like prying.
- What would you bring to the team?
Project Management Intern
It was a chill remote interview. First I talked to the Project Management supervisor, then a week later I had a call with HR to get more info and the offer.
- What makes you a good fit for this role?
Project Manager
I had a Zoom interview with their digital head, and it was a nice experience. They asked regular questions and introduced their company to me. The questions weren't hard at all.
- Can you introduce yourself?
- Can you tell me about your working experience?
- Can you tell me about your history?
