First, there was a video call with the project manager to talk about the role, my experience, the requirements, and goals. A few days later, I had a follow-up call with HR for feedback and to discuss next steps. The first interview hit a snag when I mentioned my salary expectations (35,000 euros annual) because the budget for the position was significantly lower. HR offered 24k, which I rejected.

The interview process had three rounds, each about 30 minutes. The interviewers were friendly. They mentioned it would be a fast process because they needed to fill the role quickly. I followed up with everyone I talked to, but no one responded. Then, after a few more weeks, they said they weren't hiring for the job anymore. Their communication was pretty poor, but I've heard from people in the industry that the parent company, Omnicom, is the reason the position was never filled.

It was a great experience. They kept it chill and casual, and were upfront about how they operate. Expectations were set correctly from the start. No discrimination was present. I felt comfortable from the very beginning.
