I had to interview with a total of 4 people and had to come in 4 separate times for them to all ask me the same questions. My last interview with the CEO was very short. Basically just asked when I could start and discussed pay. The interviews were very simple and didn't have any very hard questions, were really just getting to know me. They gave me a good impression of the company and I was able to meet some of the staff.

Behavioral Other

I got a call from DC Group, a quick chat they said. It was a phone screen, kinda awkward with silence. They asked my mantra. Then they asked if I wanted to interview in person. I said yes. The CEO interviewed me alone. It started late, then he took a 5-min call. When he got back, he seemed unprepared. I had to ask him about the job, why it was open, and about the company. He seemed to want to ask behavioral questions but didn't know what to ask. For next steps, he wants me to write a one-page essay on why I want the job and why I'm a good fit. An ESSAY?!

Behavioral Presentation

I had conversations with my direct manager, HR, and the CEO. The interviews felt relaxed and more like a chat. I got to ask questions and learn about the company's 5-year plan.
