Went through an assessment center with lots of people, then a panel interview, and finally a final interview. They respond pretty quickly if you follow up via email. The interviewers were nice and the atmosphere was pretty relaxed.

The interview process had three stages. The first and second interviews were with the branch manager and HR, and then the regional manager and HR manager, respectively. These could be a bit stressful to test how you handle stress. The third interview was with the director and HR director, and they were super friendly!

The recruitment process involved online assessments, a hackathon, and interviews with a Senior Manager and HR. To be eligible, candidates needed a BE/B.Tech in CSE, IT, or ECE. The online assessments included 3 coding questions on Data Structures and Algorithms, ranging from medium to hard, along with core subject and aptitude questions. The hackathon was a full-day event where teams of 5-6 students were given problem statements to complete within 4 hours, with examples including a flight booking system, loan approval API, and data science problems. Shortlisted teams presented their work, and the top 3 received gifts and goodies. The interview with the Senior Manager and HR focused on projects, contributions, Data Structures and Algorithms, and general HR questions.
