Customer Service Representative
We started with an introduction and interview, and then we did a role play. It felt both easy and tough. I'd suggest looking at their website before the interview day.
- What motivates your desire for a career change?
Customer Service Representative
There was a group briefing, then a mock call, followed by a mock chat test, and finally a 1-on-1 interview. Honestly, it was the worst experience ever. I was so annoyed and frustrated with how the whole thing went down. They seemed to have forgotten about my application, and I had to keep chasing them for updates. There was no internal communication, and the waiting times were super long for a bank that's supposed to be well-known. It felt like a massive waste of time compared to another bank I applied to, which had a seamless and quick process. I'd only recommend this place if you have unlimited time and patience.
- Do you have a preferred location between the two available options?
Customer Service Representative
it was rather easy, there was a typing test and one interview.
