I spoke with Sue Svetkovich for this role. There were three rounds of interviews. First was a phone call with basic HR questions, which went well. The second round was also a phone call, focusing on technical knowledge about databases and how to handle customer support situations. The final interview was in person with the managers and covered my resume, related experience, and customer service skills.

The hiring process had 3 stages. First, I had an initial chat with the hiring manager, Sue, who was really nice and helpful. She asked me general questions about the role and explained the next steps. Then, I had a technical phone interview where I was tested on SQL queries and concepts. I also had to answer questions about different customer scenarios. After that, I had a personal interview with the Director and POD Lead. It was a one-on-one where they asked some serious questions about my experience and how I handle customer interactions, plus the usual strengths and weaknesses questions. They then asked me to write some complex SQL queries involving joins and other features. The last question was a C# code snippet where I had to identify an error, which I struggled with. Both interviewers were really supportive. Later, I had another phone interview with the Senior Manager. He asked me about my past experiences dealing with customers and some questions about the role and the company. Everything seemed to go well, and I got a call from Sue the same day with good news. She was a great support throughout the whole process and remained my main contact, doing a great job.
