Technical Behavioral

I really appreciated getting the chance to interview for the Software Developer role. The whole process felt pretty organized, and the interviewers did a great job making me feel comfortable. The technical part was tough but felt fair, letting me show off what I can do. I also liked the in-depth questions about my previous work and how it fits with what your team is aiming for. It would have been nice to get a better feel for the company vibe and chances to grow, though. A quick chat about career paths in the last round would have been super helpful. All in all, it was a good experience, and I'm excited about the possibility of joining the team!

The interview process involved a pre-call screening with HR which lasted an hour. Then, there was a first technical interview with the Software Development Manager, also lasting an hour. The third stage was a second technical round which went for 2 hours with two senior developers. Things weren't great, the interviewers had poor time management and started 5 mins late. They also seemed unorganized, unsure who should start or what to do, with one even asking the other who would conduct the interview. The meeting went over by 15 mins on top of the scheduled 2 hours. They didn't clearly define requirements, complaining about the result afterwards, like asking for full implementation when they wanted partial. Also, they kept their videos off while I was speaking. Additionally, I couldn't copy my answers from the editor to the Zoom chat, tried everything, but ctrl+c and v didn't work, and buttons didn't work either. The interviewer seemed annoyed at the end about something I couldn't control.

  • Can you explain OOPS concepts like Encapsulation, Inheritance, and Polymorphism types? Also, how does multiple Inheritance work in C# with an example?
