Sales Representative
Interview process met with director 2x, then AVP and then gvp. Then an in person lunch with my director. After that received an offer process took about 3 weeks. All in all a pretty straight forward interview process.
- What is your greatest strength?
Sales
I had several phone calls over the course of 6 weeks, and then I had in-person interviews in Minneapolis. The interviews focused on personality and experience. They asked different questions each time, but they were all similar in nature. The HR people were nice and open, but the Sr. Executives I spoke with were a mixed bag. They were all smart, but seemed really busy and a bit disorganized. I think this was because of their schedules, not their usual demeanor.
- Can you tell me about a tough business situation you faced and how you handled it?
- What would you say is your biggest business achievement?
Sales Representative
The recruiter reached out to me since she found my profile online. She wanted to see if I could have a video chat for a sales job interview.
- What are you up to these days?
- What's your current compensation?
- What was the reason for leaving your previous employment?
