Had a first round with HR that went well. Then, I had a second round on Zoom with the QA team lead. The interviewer had a really bad attitude, turning on their camera while I was on camera and generally being disrespectful. The conversation was mostly me talking, with a lot of dead air from the interviewer's muted mic – it felt like a monologue. The interviewer also struggled to communicate clearly and ask questions properly. After the interview, I never heard back from HR.

The interview process spanned several weeks, involving four distinct interviews. One of these involved an in-person meeting, while another was conducted via Skype. In the final interview, the interviewer appeared disengaged and questioned my ability to recall everyone I had met during the three weeks of interviews. Although I offered to retrieve the information, he declined, subsequently using this as a reason for rejection. I was also informed about the expectation of 16-hour workdays, including regular late-night and weekend work. Furthermore, the team dynamic was described as one where individuals are too occupied to answer questions, necessitating self-reliance for problem-solving due to a high volume of queries. Despite being overqualified, the repetitive nature of resume reviews and questions felt excessive, indicating poor communication practices within the company. A formal dress code is also required.

First, I had a phone screening with a recruiter. Then, there was a 30-minute telephonic technical interview where I was asked technical questions and definitions. After that, I had a 1-hour face-to-face interview where they wanted to understand my previous experience and asked questions related to the job description. This part included SQL queries on Joins, DML, and functions, as well as writing test cases for a given scenario.
