Product Designer Intern
First up was a project walkthrough, and they asked a few follow-up questions about the design process and project details. It was with two interviewers and lasted about an hour.

Product Designer
First, there was a 30-minute phone call with the recruiter, then another 30-minute call with the hiring manager. After that, I had an onsite interview which included a portfolio review, a whiteboard question, and a one-on-one chat. The recruiter then got back to me with an offer pretty fast.
- Can you tell me your understanding of accessibility?
Product Designer
It was a really bad experience coming from a company that delivers workforce management tools because they ghosted me during the interview process. Their HR sits in the Philippines and conduct the prescreening interview based on the country that she lives in and have no clue about work culture in Australia being different than in the Philippines.
- Can you tell me about your experience with design systems?
