Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Dayforce.
Account Executive
The interview felt very robotic, almost like talking to a chatbot. The questions asked were relevant, but there was no feedback on my performance or any real discussion. It seemed like they were just collecting answers without much interest in the substance of my responses.
- Can you tell me about the longest sales cycle you've experienced?
Business Development Executive
After applying to a job posting that didn't offer much detail, I got a call from a recruiter in another state for an initial phone interview. Then I had another phone interview with the hiring manager. After that, it was a 1:1 interview with my manager, followed by meeting my potential colleagues and a side-by-side discussion with one of them. The process concluded with a phone interview at the executive level, a final chat with the hiring manager, and then the recruiter extended an offer.
- Can you tell me what you know about Ceridian?
Account Executive
This was a good interview process, solid and prompt. I would recommend it and think it's worth interviewing. Thanks for the good stuff. Next will be a good time. Thanks for interviewing the CRO, CEO, VP of Sales. Good test, thank you.
- How old are you?
- What is your job?
- Is this good work?
