The interview was pretty good overall. The recruiter and HR team were great, friendly, and timely. I went through 4 rounds of phone/video interviews, and 2 of those included case studies. All the interviewers were down-to-earth and supportive. My last interview was with the Managing Director, which was my only negative experience. Halfway through, I could tell he wasn't giving me his approval. It seemed that one person's disapproval outweighed all the previous approvals, which was disappointing. The recruiter and HR team were very helpful throughout the process, making them your best point of contact!

I interviewed with DayBlink in September 2015 and thought the process was awesome. They were thorough, professional, and friendly from the start. The company has a cool, startup vibe which creates good energy. The whole thing took about 4 weeks, though some of that was my fault because I had a packed schedule. There were multiple rounds, including case interviews. I got to talk with people from Analysts all the way up to the CEO/Founder, which was really transparent. The interviews, especially the case ones, were tough but in a good way. The interviewers seemed more interested in finding my strengths and weaknesses than trying to trick me. It was clear the CEO and his team genuinely cared about making sure I was a good fit for the company and that the company was a good fit for me. It's a young company growing fast and doing interesting things. They made me an offer that was hard to refuse, but I also got another offer for a more design-focused consulting job that's more my area.

I got this job through my university's career portal. It involved multiple phone screens, a case-study done over Skype, and then a super day at their office. The super day was packed with a financial analysis task, a group case-study, I had to give a presentation, and then do some 1-on-1 behavioral interviews.
