Had an initial phone screening, then went through three video interviews. The first was with the team manager, the second with future teammates, and the final one with both the team manager and the VP of Engineering. It was pretty laid back. The interview with the team involved technical questions where giving specific answers was important for success.

So, first up was a couple of phone calls with the recruiter. Then, I chatted with the team lead over the phone. After that, it was two in-person interviews. The first was a standard meeting with the team lead where we talked about my background and they asked some questions. The second in-person one was the project presentation, where I had to present to a panel of future colleagues. Lastly, there was a casual chat with the SVP. Honestly, it was the most intense interview I've ever done, and every call made me think, 'This must be it!'

I had to do a take home project and then a presentation about it. I stayed up all night working on the project and getting the presentation ready, and it actually went really well. Be prepared for the first 45 minutes to be about your code, and then for the next 45 minutes they'll hit you with 'gotcha questions'. The questions themselves weren't super tough, but I did miss a couple.
