I went through a pretty extensive interview process for this role. It started with a cognitive ability test, then a self-paced video interview. After that, there was a one-on-one interview, followed by a group presentation with a Q&A session, and finally a leadership interview. While it was a lot of interviews, it's clear Daxko really values its culture and employees, which explains why they have so many steps to make sure they hire the right people. The People Team was great at keeping me informed about timelines and what to expect, and they were really responsive when I had questions outside of the interviews.

Behavioral Presentation Group

This was the longest interview process I've gone through, but Daxko does this to make sure they're hiring qualified and invested candidates. Culture fit is important, so you meet many employees. My interview process included 6 interviews, starting with a phone screen and finishing with the VP of Services. In between, I had an onsite interview with the hiring manager, a presentation, and a panel interview. The whole process took about 2 months, and the People team was responsive to questions.

The interview process included a cognitive test, a self-paced interview, an interview with the team lead, and a team interview. I got feedback quickly. The People’s team was very approachable and made it easy to ask questions anytime. Their consistent communication during the process was a standout feature.
