The interview was fully remote on Zoom video call and lasted for two hours. It was broken into three sections with short breaks in between. First, I had to prepare a presentation where I'd walk them through my favorite app using screen share. After that, several team leaders asked me questions. Then, I chatted with a higher-up manager. Finally, I shadowed an employee via screen sharing for 15 minutes. Even though a two-hour interview had me stressed, everyone on the Zoom call was very friendly and casual, which made it easy. I got a job offer at the end.

The interview was very laid back and informal. I met with two members of the Daxko team, who were both very friendly, and seemed genuinely interested in getting to know me, not just my skill set. They asked me some questions, I asked them some questions, and I left feeling very pleased with the overall experience.

The interview process was actually shorter as it was pretty much a second and third interview rolled into one. I was able to speak with managers, shadow a potential co-worker, and it was easy-going. There was definitely a great vibe with all employees I met.
