The interview process had 6 parts. The first two parts are done at home on the Daxko portal, including online tests and recorded video answers. You get the questions and can re-record your answers a couple of times. After that, there's an in-person meeting with the team lead. Then you get a "homework" assignment which is a presentation for the team interview. The team interview is the fourth and fifth parts. The team meets you, watches your presentation, and then the team lead leaves so you can talk with the team and ask/answer questions. You finish this part with a facility tour. The last part is a 45-minute interview with the Sr. Director. Each interview is a chance to show your skills and get to know your potential teammates. It might seem tough initially, but Daxko explains it well and gives you a good feel for the company and its culture.

So after applying, I got sent an online test thingy which was cool cuz I could do it on my own time. Then I had a one-on-one with the team lead, super chill, learned a lot about the job. After that, I came back for more and did a 30-minute presentation about the software and then had a peer-interview with four of my potential coworkers. They showed me around the office, and I finished that day with an interview with the team lead's boss. The whole second part was a single day thing, took a few hours. Then, I had one last interview with the SVP of Services, which was great for really getting the big picture of the role and where the company is headed. It was a lot, but I really got a feel for the job and met a bunch of people I might work with. The recruiters were awesome too, kept me in the loop the whole time, and it never felt like it took too long.

The interview process kicked off with a first round with the Hiring Manager. Following that, there was a second round interview where I met with six peers from different departments within the company. Overall, it was a great experience, and the peer interview was particularly interesting because they asked a lot of questions that caught me by surprise.
