Long interview process with many parts. First, I did a phone interview. Then, I had an in-person interview with a couple of different people. It was difficult to get a sense if there was an actual opening they were looking to fill or if they were just interviewing.

It was a tough but fair process. I first spoke with HR, and then I went into a panel interview with four people. It took another week after that to get the offer.

I applied through LinkedIn and got an automated interview invite in 2018. I scheduled and had my phone interview the next week. It went well, and I was told the director would contact me by the next Friday. I sent a thank you and follow-up email but heard nothing. In 2020, I got an email from their automated system asking me to apply for the same job but at a different location, suggesting they kept my info. I applied, and two weeks later, got an email saying the position was canceled. Two weeks after that, I got two alerts: one to apply for the same job at the same location, and another for the position above it. I applied to both. I was rejected for the higher role but got an automated interview invite for the other. I had a second interview with the same person from two years prior, who explained my 2018 callback was denied because they chose someone from clinical staff who could do double duty. They never explained why I didn't get even a rejection email. The interview went well, and I was told the director would follow up that Friday. Instead, I got an email saying the position was canceled AGAIN. Two weeks later, I received ANOTHER electronic invite for the same position at the same location from a different recruiter. I haven't had that interview yet and am unsure if I will. This company seems very disorganized. While the interviewers were nice, I'd prefer not to waste my time applying, prepping, and interviewing for a company that doesn't seem to know what they're doing. My advice to DaVita: 1) Don't post jobs just to cancel them two weeks later without explanation. 2) Follow through as promised. 3) Don't use the automated system unless it's used correctly.
