I first had a call with HR/recruiter which was good. Then about a month later, they invited me to a Zoom interview with the hiring managers (art director and another manager). It was nice and went well, but I never heard back from them after.

The process was way too long and demanding for a junior position that pays minimum wage with no benefits. It started with submitting my CV, then an online application. I had a surprise phone interview at 9 PM! Then an in-person meeting with HR and a senior designer. After that, technical tests from home. They told me they'd call back because the decision-maker was on vacation. I never heard back, even after following up.

They gave me a surprise pre-interview call without any prior notice. It lasted about 15 minutes. We discussed my background, myself, and my motivation for wanting to work there. They mentioned they'd reach out within two weeks if they wanted to proceed with an in-person interview.
