Sales Associate
After you submit your application or resume, the HR or recruitment team reviews it to ensure you meet the job requirements (skills, education, experience, etc.). If shortlisted, you may receive a phone or video call from HR. Purpose: To confirm basic details, discuss your background briefly, and check your interest and availability.
- How's it going for you in Melbourne?
Sales Associate
The interview process wasn't too tough but was really complete. I had 4 interviews, and one was a personality test. Everyone I spoke with was super nice. But after those 4 interviews, I just got a generic email saying they weren't moving forward, with no real reason why. It felt like after doing 4 interviews, I should have at least gotten a personal call about it.
- I was asked if my significant other would be ok with my work schedule should I be hired.
Sales Associate
The interview process was really long and drawn out, and in the end, there was no resolution or job offer. It went on for over a year. I suspect COVID played a part in it. It felt like there wasn't actually an opening for the position I was interviewing for.
- Describe a time you had to overcome a significant challenge with a coworker.
