I had a phone interview that went pretty well, then an in-person interview which also included a Wonderlic test. They said my ranges were okay and the interview went well. Then they sent me a link for the Berke Assessment. The thing is, they really depend a lot on those results and I was told I didn't score within their acceptable range for this job. It was a big bummer because I know I would've been a great fit.

David Weekley really takes their interview process seriously, maybe a little too seriously. I had EIGHT INTERVIEWS!!! 8! One of the 8 interviews was with my family! David Weekley wants one of their interviews (usually after the 3rd or 4th interview) to be with someone who inspires you the most. You also have to take a "Berk" personality test. They review that with you and also take that very seriously. They pretty much won't give you the job if the "BERK" test says that you aren't a perfect fit for them.

Applied online and then got a referral from someone I knew. First, I talked to the career specialist, which was a really nice chat. After that, I had to do two assessments. Then, I had two more interviews, this time with project managers. The first PM was super friendly and made me feel really comfortable. The second PM interview was a bit tougher because I didn't have much experience, but it all worked out because I got an offer about two weeks after that.
