Receptionist
Easy, questions about your strengths, weaknesses. How you deal with customers. If you show empathy towards the customer. If you are also good at multitasking as a person, how you deal with it etc. Otherwise, a very calm conversation.
- How do you handle customers?
Receptionist
So, I went through two rounds of interviews. First one with one senior manager, and then after waiting about two days, I had my second interview with another senior manager.
- Tell me about your past experiences that show your skills.
- Could you share an instance from your previous work where you dealt with a challenging guest or situation?
- When you have many calls and visitors at the same time, how do you decide what to do first?
Receptionist
The interview had a group assessment with 2 exercises and then a short 121 interview. First, we did an ice breaker where we had to introduce ourselves to the group with our name, experience, and a fun fact. Then, we had a group exercise where we discussed what we all think exceptional customer service is and shared experiences we've had in our jobs or as a customer. There were 2-3 assessors watching and taking notes during this.
- What is your definition of exceptional customer service?
