We start with a group interview and a personal interview. First, there's a group chat. One person from the group will need to do a presentation and then answer everyone's questions. After that, we move to a personal interview. We'll ask about your preferred store location, desired work times, and how many hours you're looking to work. We'll also inquire about your customer service experience, including the types of experience you have, and how you would handle a difficult customer.

It felt like a typical showcase interview, but I never got any follow-up information. My portal didn't show any updates either. Even though I thought I did well in the one-on-one, I still haven't heard anything.

I went to a walk-in interview that was advertised in the jobs section of the advertiser. You wait in line, then get shown to a room with about five staff members. You get told to sit in front of one, and they conduct a small interview. All through the room, there are other people being interviewed the same way. If you impress the employee, then you get a slip of paper and come back for the group interview. In that interview, it's like a university tutorial; they give you a small lecture about the company and the five points of sale. Then you are put into groups to do exercises to sell an item, and lastly, you fill out a form, then one by one, go to the back of the room to have a second interview. Then you are either offered the position or not.

  • Tell me about a time you exceeded customer expectations.
