I had phone calls with the hiring team starting in November 2019. I was aiming for a summer start date. The LA team contacted me and I had my first in-person interview there in January. A final follow-up interview in LA in early February was when I got the offer. The interviews are conversational since they want to hire personable and quick-thinking individuals. It's not too stressful, and they want you to do well!

I had 6 interviews over Facetime or phone calls. The people were nice and asked pretty standard questions. It was a lot to do 6 interviews in 20-45 minute blocks. After two weeks, I followed up with no response. After another two weeks (a month total), I followed up again. I was told I wasn't the right fit for one team, but they asked me to interview for another. I declined because I had other offers and didn't want to go through another 6 interviews and wait a month. They seem like great people, but they need to care more about applicants' needs. The interview process can reflect the company.

I first met a recruiter at a school career fair. We then set up an interview for later that same afternoon. After that, I had two FaceTime interviews. Finally, I was invited to come to their office in New York. The interviews were mainly behavioral with some situational questions as I got further along. The people interviewing me were super friendly and honest the whole time; I felt like I always knew what was going on and they kept me updated. I didn't get the job in New York, but they did offer me a chance to interview for a spot in Connecticut, though I ended up taking a different job.
