Software Engineer
The hiring process was pretty smooth and organized, with five interview rounds wrapping up in about three weeks. It kicked off with HR for an initial chat, then a culture fit interview. After that, there was a technical assessment which involved a live coding session and an onsite design evaluation. The last step was meeting with the Head of Engineering. All in all, it was a direct and efficient process. They communicated clearly, gave feedback fast after each step, and I got the offer without any annoying delays.
- Can you design a central system for managing company and user details, where any updates are automatically reflected across all product systems?
Software Engineer
So I started with a quick chat with a recruiter at DS. After that, they set up a follow-up with an engineering manager. We chatted about the project, the role, my background, and what we're both looking for. Next up is a coding test in person at their office. The very last interview was with the CEO. The whole thing was really nice, everyone I met was super smart and positive. They were always quick to answer any questions I had about the company or the job.
- The most critical part is the live coding, just make sure you're ready and give it your all.
Senior Software Engineer
The interview process was really quick and went smoothly. Everyone I interacted with was friendly and professional. It started with a call from HR, then a call with the VP. These two calls gave me a good sense of the company culture and helped me learn more about their work, the teams, and the tech stack. After that, there was an assessment that we discussed with an engineer. It felt more like a casual chat between future colleagues. The final step involved meeting one of the founders for a conversation at the office. Overall, it was a great experience with amazing people at every stage.
- I was given a simple assessment to complete at home, which I found enjoyable.
- Each interview stage felt like a relaxed conversation aimed at getting to know me better, rather than just a standard set of questions.
