I had a phone interview and then a face-to-face interview. After about 3 weeks, they offered me a permanent contract. The interview process was very nice, and the interviewers were very relaxed. I would recommend people to work at Merrill.

I had one in person interview with two people. It was an unpleasant interview. They asked to tell them how I would explain the role to a friend which seemed unfair considering the extremely bland and generic information I was able to find when researching the role online.

I got referred by someone I know, and after trying to apply a few times before with no luck, an HR person gave me a call for a resume screen. It was just basic questions over the phone. Then, they emailed me to come in for an interview with some supervisors. As soon as I got there, I could tell they already had someone in mind. They asked basic questions and didn't seem to care about my answers. They asked me to explain how to do something, could have been anything. After that, I had a computer test, which I think I nailed.
