I had an initial call with HR, followed by 4 rounds with the Hiring Manager, team members, and product/engineering leaders. The interviews were mostly behavioral. After preparing for and completing the 4 rounds, it took 5 weeks to hear back from the recruiter, who just said they hired someone else.

The entire process was pretty bad. The recruiter was good, though. But when I got on-site, things went downhill. I only found out who I was meeting the night before. The hiring manager was out of the country, and the interviews were with people from the product team. The first interviewer was a younger person, knowledgeable, but kept looking at his laptop, smirking and chuckling while I answered. The second interviewer was 20 minutes late, but we had a good conversation. The third interviewer, the most senior, seemed to be having a bad day and took it out on me, like an interrogation. He smirked when I didn't immediately recall some info. After emailing the recruiter four times with no response, I'm done.

There were 3 stages in the interview process. First, an HR phone screen. Then, an interview with the Product team, which included the Director of Product, VP of Engineering, and Director of Product Design. Finally, an interview with the VP of Product and another Director of Product.
