Customer Success Manager
I did a take home assignment that had straightforward instructions. The recruiter was also really good at keeping me in the loop about my application status. There were 3 rounds of interviews in total. I didn't end up getting the job.
- Do you have experience using Power BI?
Customer Success Manager
There were tons of little interviews, each one being more of a hassle than the last, plus a bunch of excel "tests" where they basically had me do their work for free. It was a huge waste of time. They said it would take a month, but it ended up being about 3-4 months from start to finish.
- They asked a lot of personal questions about me.
- Can you tell me about your personal experiences?
- How do you handle difficult customers?
Customer Success Manager
It was a 30-minute call with a third-party recruiter, followed by a 2-hour case study that required basic Excel skills like pivot tables and SUMIFS, and then a 2-page PowerPoint presentation. The next interview was with the hiring manager, where I had to present my Excel skills and customer-facing abilities in a 10-minute simulation. Finally, there was a third round with another hiring manager and a director.
- Can you tell me about yourself?
- Could you introduce an Excel function to me?
