This whole thing took me over 6 months. It felt like they weren't really that interested in me as a candidate. I was constantly chasing HR to find out what was next. It was all so unclear. When I asked about what was happening, the hiring manager told me to talk to HR, and then HR would tell me I had another interview. I ended up having ten 30-minute interviews total: three with HR, four with other Customer Success Managers, two with Directors of Customer Success, and one with the Senior VP of Customer Success. Honestly, the hiring process really didn't impress me; I'm hoping their HR team isn't a reflection of the rest of the company.

The interview process was a mess. It took two weeks of back and forth with the recruiter just to get a phone interview. After the recruiter confirmed the time, they rescheduled last minute because of travel. It took four more tries to actually connect. They said they'd call, but never did. I called them, and it went to voicemail. I emailed to let them know I missed the call and offered to reschedule. The recruiter claimed they called, but I had no missed calls, and the number they had was correct. We had to reschedule a couple more times. Eventually, they told me to call their cell if they missed our scheduled time. As expected, they didn't call, so after waiting a bit, I had to call them for the phone interview. It's baffling how unorganized and unprofessional they were, especially since the interview itself went fine, and I thought I was a good fit. Over a week after following up, I got an automated email saying they weren't moving forward with me. This company won't succeed if they can't even manage basic communication with potential hires. It's wild that the recruiter still has their job if this is typical.

Went through a typical tech company interview process. Had several interviews, all virtual. They asked about customer success platforms, KPIs, and public info. It was a step-by-step process through the management levels.
