This was a several rounds long interview process. I had two interviews with the hiring manager. The recruiter was not very responsive or timely, and there were weeks between contact and interviews. The recruiter didn't seem interested or seem to care about the hiring process, however the hiring manager and team were very helpful and open.

I heard back from them about two weeks after applying. Then, I had an HR screen, and they were really nice during the whole process. It made a big difference and was definitely one of the best interviews I've experienced. After that, there was a 30-minute call with the hiring manager.

There were 2 interviews, both were directly related to the job content, and no HR screening was involved. Each interview was about 30 minutes long, and the interviewers were quite encouraging. I thought they were progressive stages, but it turned out the second interviewer wasn't aware of the first one. I was told the next step would have been an in-person meeting at the NYC office, followed by a potential job offer.
