I sent in my resume after seeing it at their booth during the Career fair. They asked me some basic questions about my coursework from my resume. The candidates who were selected got called the next day for a 1:1. I was one of them. They asked some conceptual questions about Java, the OS, and some programming riddles. Then there was a HackerRank round with some programming questions and some MCQs. After that, they invited me onsite for interviews. The day before the interviews, we went on a boat ride through the canals of Fort Lauderdale on a private water taxi, all paid for by the company. That was a new experience for me and it was pretty cool. The next day's interviews included sessions that covered my resume, technical topics, and programming questions on a whiteboard.

A recruitment agency reached out, and I went through two interviews that took over 8 hours in total. The first was a group assessment for experienced engineers, which felt more suited for graduates. Despite feeling insulted, I attended to make a good impression, though I questioned the qualifications of some interviewers. I was still invited for a second, in-depth 3-on-1 technical interview. This also had issues, as the room was shared with other companies, and the interview was interrupted multiple times. The recruiting agency was only communicative when trying to get me to attend, and their post-interview communication with DC was poor.

First, you'll take a Hackerrank test. If you pass that, you'll have an HR call, which I received after about a month. Following that, there will be 3-4 technical discussions. So, the process is: 1. Online Coding Test 2. Technical Discussion (3-4 rounds).
