The interview process was okay. The first step was a screening interview that lasted about 15 minutes and included typical questions about my resume. I haven't received any feedback since then, and my follow-up with HR was ignored.

A recruitment agency reached out, and I went through two interviews that took over 8 hours in total. The first was a group assessment for experienced engineers, which felt more suited for graduates. Despite feeling insulted, I attended to make a good impression, though I questioned the qualifications of some interviewers. I was still invited for a second, in-depth 3-on-1 technical interview. This also had issues, as the room was shared with other companies, and the interview was interrupted multiple times. The recruiting agency was only communicative when trying to get me to attend, and their post-interview communication with DC was poor.

First off, we'll jump into some simple coding questions, just to get warmed up and shake off the rust. After that, we'll go over the basics of programming, like data types, control structures, functions, and simple algorithms. Finally, we'll quickly cover a couple of questions about storage domains, maybe touching on data storage, file systems, and how to manage data.

So first I had to do this technical task, like a small project. Then I had a meeting where I had to explain how I did the task and answer some more technical questions. After that, I had a chat with HR to go over goals and expectations.
