The interview was a panel of 2 conducted over teams. The interviewers kept their cameras off, while mine was on. They also didn't speak clearly, making it difficult to build rapport or answer questions. It felt like a waste of time preparing and attending on a Monday during business hours. I got a rejection email the next day without any feedback, which was surprising given it was a professional services role. The process felt unprofessional.
