The whole process took about 2-3 weeks, starting with a recruiter call, then a hiring manager chat, and finally a virtual onsite with 4 separate rounds. The recruiter was great and kept me updated.

The interview started with a recruiter call. After getting feedback, I moved on to the next parts: a manager interview where we discussed concepts without coding, then a take-home API endpoint project I had a week to finish. After that, there was a 90-minute code review session. Finally, a 45-minute interview wrapped things up. The whole thing felt long and messy, with some interviewers seeming unprepared. It felt disorganized and not standardized. Be ready to spend a lot of time on this.

The interview process had 4 rounds in total: 3 technical and 1 HR. The recruiter initially mentioned 3 rounds (2 technical online and 1 HR). However, after I passed the first 2 technical rounds, they called me for the HR discussion. To my surprise, they added another technical round there, which wasn't communicated beforehand, leaving me unprepared. Despite giving my best, I received a rejection email. I'm really disappointed with how the team and company handled this.

I was contacted by a recruiter and also applied online. The interview process started with a recruiter call, then a video interview with the hiring manager, and then two panel interviews via video with two team members each. The process finished when the recruiter messaged me on LinkedIn to say I wasn't selected. The message was awkwardly phrased with exclamation marks when stating they were moving forward with another candidate, which was confusing because no reason was given for not moving forward. The recruiter did provide feedback later, mentioning specific experience that was preferred. This feedback was confusing because the experience mentioned wasn't in the job description and wasn't brought up during the interviews. The job description seemed to focus on general Product Management experience, but the feedback suggested industry experience was more important. Some questions seemed to make incorrect assumptions based on my job title alone. The process felt very subjective. Product Managers should be aware that industry experience might be prioritized over what's stated in the job description.
