First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Dassault Systèmes.
Software Engineer
The interview has four parts: first, a 30 min screening call, then a 60 min remote interview with technical management, after that a timed online coding assessment, and last, an on-site day where you have to do a presentation. The coding test was like LeetCode on a third-party site, with algorithm problems and some multiple choice questions. It didn't really seem to relate to the job description's tech stack, so maybe practice general algorithms and problem-solving. I didn't get selected to move on after the technical assessment. No feedback was given during the four weeks, and they didn't reply when I asked for it. It was a long process, but it was organized. Just know they care a lot about algorithms, not so much about practical framework knowledge, and you might not get feedback.

Software Developer
It was a 2-round interview process. The first round was a screening with the hiring manager to check my interest. The second round had 3 parts: an interview with the head of the division about my background and salary expectations, an interview with the Project Manager and Team Manager about technical things, and finally, an interview with the hiring manager again for behavioral questions and salary expectations.
- Can you tell me about your previous work experiences?
- What motivated you to apply for this role?
- What are your career aspirations for the next five years?
Senior Software Engineer
It took more than a month to complete 3 rounds of interview, and another month to get the final results. There were 2 tech rounds and 1 managerial round. The tech rounds had basic Java and average difficulty coding questions. The manager was very self-centered and kept bragging about himself.

- Tell me about your current project and your specific contributions.
- Can you answer some basic Java questions?
