Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Dassault Systèmes.
Research Engineer
The first interview was a phone call in June 2025 with the recruiter, where we discussed my background and motivations. Then, I had a second interview with the team lead to go over my academic experience. After that, I didn't hear back.
- Do you know about the company?
- What is your research experience?
Research Engineer
The interview process involves an initial HR call to schedule a time, followed by an interview with your future mentor (lasting about an hour and focusing on academic projects). Then, there's an HR interview covering aspects like integration and motivation. For research positions, it's crucial to have your project well-prepared.
- Could you elaborate on the specifics of your most recent internship project?
- Tell me more about the project you completed during your last internship.
Research Engineer
