After applying online, there was a phone call to ensure clarity on the vacancy and discuss my education/CV. This was followed by an online planning problem to solve, requiring a score above a certain threshold. If successful, I was invited to the office for a one-on-one meeting with the Business Unit Director. This was an introductory meeting to assess cultural fit and further explain the company/role. If positive from both sides, a week later there was a series of tests (planning problems, interface design, object-oriented diagrams, code review). Afterwards, I had a meeting with another Business Unit Director where the company/role was further explained and questions were answered. A few days after this meeting, I received an offer. Tips: Familiarize yourself with Quintiq software (webinar/YouTube) and refresh your Object-Oriented programming knowledge.

The interview process started with a phone call where we discussed my personal interest in the field and the company. Motivation, history, projects, and experiences were also briefly touched upon. The second round was an interview with two people, where it's mainly about selling your qualities and clearly articulating your drive.
