It was fine. A bit stressful cuz 3 ppl were on the call interviewing me. There was also a technical quiz covering either dynamics or statics. It was alright.

Initially, there was a phone call. Following that, I was invited for a series of interviews. Senior employees conducted individual interviews, each lasting about 30 minutes. After the interviews, we were invited to lunch with the company, during which they shared insights about Dashiell.

Had a short phone interview. I would have had to relocate for this position, and the interviewer was more interested in asking about what discussions I had with my family about moving to a new city. In fact, in his follow up phone call, he stated he didn’t think I had really discussed a relocation with my family and that was the one of the main reasons I didn’t get a second interview. I just felt quite disrespected, since he made his own assumptions about my family, our interactions, and what was appropriate. This felt very unprofessional, especially since, seeing as I’m single, no one in my family would be involved in my relocation.
