Even though this was an intern position, they really drilled down on my long term goals and plans, making it seem like they were looking for someone to stick around. The HR person took a while to get back to me to set up the interview, but I appreciated that they gave me the option for either in-person or video, and I chose to go in person. I applied in September, got the call for an interview in January, and finally heard back about whether I got the job in early March. The interviewer themselves was pretty monotone and not very engaging.

I just got an on-campus interview with Dart this morning after applying through my school's career website. The interview lasted about 30 minutes. They mentioned there would be two more interviews if I move forward. The questions were mostly technical, and I think I did okay on those, though I was pretty nervous and talked fast. I'm not sure if I'll get invited to the next round. They said the next interview is at the corporate office and includes an assessment test. If I pass that, the final interview involves lunch with them. There were two interviewers today, but one was just observing. Overall, it felt decent. Just be ready for technical questions, and you should be fine.

I applied online and then a recruiter called me about 3 weeks later. They wanted to set up a phone interview with another recruiter and had me fill out some info online first. The phone interview with the second recruiter was about 45 minutes and had some cool questions about my resume and some math/scenario problems. They also asked about salary, availability, and relocation. I asked them about the job and company and what the next steps were.
