The interview process was okay, the panel was nice and I was asked questions about my competencies. I was told I would hear back by the end of the week, but I never got any update.

Behavioral

The interview process felt cozy and friendly, and they even offered me a beverage. They started by talking a lot about the organization, then about the department and my potential coworkers. After that, they explained my daily duties in detail. They also mentioned that I would have flexibility in choosing my tasks and projects. Finally, we talked about my background, education, and how I could fit into the team.

I applied and got called for an interview a few weeks later. The interview was online, not too hard, and pretty relaxed. But the worst part is that DRC ghosted me. They said I'd get feedback within a certain time, but I never did and I'm still waiting weeks later. Super disappointing, won't waste my time there again.
