Business Development
The interview process was quite lengthy. It began with an initial interview and a "competency testing" that took place over a single day. After the first interview, I was informed I'd be advancing to the next stage and that I had to complete the testing before meeting the next person. The competency test was timed and very mentally taxing. As someone with a disability, I was concerned about my performance because I need extra time for such assessments. I contacted the recruiter after the test, explaining my symptomatic condition and requesting another opportunity with additional time. He replied that I performed exceptionally well and they would be in touch soon. This was back in November, and as of January, I've received an email stating they've decided not to proceed with my application. In my view, their process was ableist and disorganized.
- Tell me about your experience with leadership.
- What are your goals regarding targets?
- Can you answer some standard Business Development interview questions?
Director of Transportation
I was ghosted for a phone interview appointment that was set up and confirmed. Great representation of your company to your prospective new hires. Original appointment was canceled by them 1hr prior to appointment and they asked to reschedule for following day in which I agreed to but was ghosted by them. No one showed for the rescheduled appointment. Sent several follow up emails to try and reschedule but no response. Great representation of your company to prospective new hires.

Talent Acquisition Coordinator
I spoke with the recruiter and got to the third round, which was onsite. They said I'd have a fourth round the next week, but the recruiter ghosted me for a week until I asked. Then I reached out to the talent acquisition manager and was told I'd hear back that week. Again, no response for another week. Finally, on a Friday evening, they told me I didn't get the job. It was a bummer because I really liked the team and the interviews up to that point, but the lack of communication really soured the experience. I'd suggest they improve their interview process for future candidates because this was a bad ending. I wouldn't suggest applying here.

Human Resources Business Partner
It began with a quick phone call for some initial questions. The recruiter was nice and explained the process well, so I knew what to expect. After that, I got an email to do a personality and cognitive test. Then I came in for an interview, which was pretty chill and comfortable. The HR leader was easy to talk to, and even though I didn't get an offer, they gave me feedback fast. Overall, it was a good experience and I'd interview with them again.
- Can you describe your ideal next position?
