Graduate Trainee
I was given a specific date and time for the interview. I arrived a bit early and signed in. Then, I was called for the interview. It was with three people who seemed quite friendly, making it feel more like a casual chat. Once we finished, I signed out.

The interview process is very serene and welcoming, making you feel comfortable and asking easily answerable questions. Just be confident! Treat virtual interviews with the same importance as physical ones. The panel is usually diverse, with individuals from different parts of the country, showing a commitment to diversity and inclusivity.
- Could you tell me about your experiences and qualifications?
Graduate Engineer
There were about five stages, first assessment was a written interview with 2 parts; technical and general paper. The second was a group discussion to assess your ability to work on a team and presentation skills. The third was one-on-one interview with one of the managers. The fourth was a psychometric test before the final which was the medical test.

So after doing some online tests, you'd write a quiz. Then they'd call you for an interview to ask why you want the job, what the company does, and why you're a good fit to be hired.
