It started with a large group interview with about 40-45 people, and 80 people in total over two days. They gave a basic introduction to the company and the interviewers. We did an ice breaker with a partner where we had to find out three different things about them and share with the group. Then, as a group, we had to sell an alcoholic beverage in front of everyone. After that, it moved straight to individual interviews which were super relaxed and very simple. Even though I had no retail experience, I got a call about acceptance about 5 days later. Just be confident, relaxed, and not too uptight.

Group Behavioral

The interview process was quite long. It began with a 3-hour group interview where they talked about the company's values, culture, the job, and goals. This included team activities and presentations from managers. After that, I had a one-on-one chat with the manager of the store I wanted to work at. It was pretty chill because the manager was really nice, and they asked me some questions while writing down my answers. Then, they told me I got the job.
