Behavioral Other

I came into the office to meet the team and head of office. We chatted through a few basic questions; teams here look for assistants who are extremely passionate about whatever sector they're interviewing for (e.g. film, hospitality, etc).

Behavioral Technical Other

The interview process was quite extensive, involving five individual meetings with different people, all of whom were very pleasant. Additionally, there was a 30-minute writing test administered on the computer, which was also fairly straightforward. A downside was that despite being told I'd be notified regardless of the outcome, I never heard back. The role also seemed to have a heavy workload and was considerably underpaid, though it serves as an entry point into the industry; however, compensation needs to be sufficient for living expenses.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

Upon arriving at the office, you'll fill out some paperwork and then be given a writing exam where you'll have to write a press release. After that, you'll be interviewed by two advisory board members who will either approve you or send you away. If you pass that stage, you'll then meet with your potential team members, supervisor, and other people you'd be working with.
