I started by submitting my application online, making sure my resume and cover letter highlighted my relevant skills. After applying, I quickly heard back from the hiring team and had a phone screening. In that first call, the recruiter asked about my background, experience, and why I was interested in the role. Since the job needed technical skills, I then had to do a technical assessment to show what I could do. This was a chance to prove my abilities and problem-solving skills. After doing well on that, I had my first-round interview with a hiring manager. We talked about my past work, what I'd achieved, and how it fit what they were looking for. Moving on, my second-round interviews were with important team members and stakeholders. These interviews went deeper into my technical knowledge and how I work with different teams to help the company.
