Although each team member I spoke to was lovely, the interview process dragged on for weeks without any upfront communication from the HR liaison. I would have to email them, sometimes once a week for two weeks at a time, to get a response and learn whether or not I was moving forward to next steps. At the end of it all, after four rounds, enthusiastic feedback, and having just sent creative work, I was completely ghosted and didn't hear back for three weeks. When I reached out to let HR know I had accepted a different role and to inquire what happened, they let me know they removed the role entirely.

I had a great interview process that went through 3 rounds, but then I was ghosted with no explanation. I reached out to my point of contact but never heard back, even after completing two phone interviews, a copy test, and an in-person interview. It’s not right to leave someone hanging after they’ve come so far in the process.
