I think the interview went well, even though the whole hiring process took about a month, including an HR call, two technical interviews, an online assessment, and finally an in-person interview. Maybe they could speed things up a bit. I got an offer, a bit higher than my current salary, but they didn't negotiate, even though I asked for a bit less than what they offered.

First, an HR person will give you a call to go over the job description and do a quick phone screen. Then, you'll get an email asking you to do an online interview on the wowintro website, and you have to do it the same day you get the email. There will be about 5 questions, and you'll have 1-2 minutes to answer each one. If you pass the online interview, HR will call you, and you can then have an online interview with the department's Head of Department. In this part, you'll discuss your technical skills and work experience with your possible future boss. Lastly, you'll have a final interview with the deputy manager, and you've got a good chance of getting an offer if you make it this far.

Started with a recruiter phone screen asking general questions. Then had a tech and behavioral call with the hiring supervisor. Finally, an in-person meeting with the hiring manager and supervisor which was also tech and behavioral, and included a site tour.
