Sales Representative
It was a 3-stage interview process. First, an HR screening, then an interview with the team head, and finally an interview with the managing director, which also included the team head. All of this happened in one day. I feel like if you make it to the third stage, you'll definitely get an offer. The waiting time between interviews was quite long, which felt like a waste of time.
- What are your thoughts on being a sales representative?
Sales Planner
The process included 3 rounds of interviews plus a test. The interviews were motivational. The test was okay but pretty tough on the numbers. The whole thing took about 1.5 months. The HR person was really nice and tried to make me feel at ease.
