I had two interviews with different managers. The first was behavioral, and the second was more technical. During the technical one, the interviewer told me I'd have a minute to think about an answer. Five seconds in, he said 'times up.' I responded, 'that was a very fast minute,' and he said, 'I am just trying to give you a taste of what it is like to work in the corporate world.' It made me not want to work there, and I never heard back.

The entire process had four rounds. First was an online test by Daikin, which was purely technical questions on RAC with 28 questions in 30 minutes. Next was a Group Discussion. Then an interview combining HR and technical aspects. Finally, an HR interview was held at the main office.

I went through a few interviews, often with only a couple of hours' notice. All the managers asked the same generic questions, which made me wonder if they share notes. They eventually said they were interested and wanted to onboard me, but then nothing happened. It felt like a waste of my time and effort. I guess it's for the best.
