It was a campus placement process for an operations management trainee role. It was the worst process, a total waste of time and humiliation. There were 5 rounds. Two online tests, then a GD and HR round, after that the final round which happened in the Delhi office. It was really pathetic, they showed no dignity and treated MBA graduates like laborers. They asked useless questions about cricket and had zero knowledge of the domain. They wanted a person who can do everything from loading trucks to excel sheets. No proper interview happened, just a discussion with all 4 of the final candidates and one team lead and manager.

I was invited by a large Japanese engineering company for a final interview, which was an informal dinner at a beachfront restaurant. Three top managers flew in from Texas and Philly to California to meet me and give me a feel for the company culture. Only one of them actually evaluated me. I was pretty sure I had the job and was really excited, but unfortunately, I got a rejection letter yesterday. Always have a backup plan, and if you're looking for jobs, keep looking no matter what.
