Behavioral Presentation

The interview process was incredibly efficient and effective, unlike any I've experienced in Pharma or other sectors. Shout out to Kameel Khan for changing my view on talent acquisition and addressing any past trauma from bad experiences. Daiichi seems different; they're transparent and focus on culture fit, which is important given their unique culture. The interview process itself was smooth, direct, and organic, with immediate feedback and active communication from Kameel, who encouraged reaching out anytime via text, call, or email. He genuinely meant it, and reaching out led to quick calls and transparent updates on my standing.

Behavioral Presentation

I went through a few rounds of interviews, first with the recruiter, then the hiring manager. After that, there was a panel interview with four people, followed by meetings with two senior leaders. The whole thing took about a month, and the questions they asked were reasonable. I heard back pretty quickly after the interviews were done.

The interview process involved two 15-minute phone interviews. Honestly, the process wasn't bad; the questions were easy, and the screening was straightforward. They also checked my education.
